It is full of revitalising ayurvedic spices, traditionally used to support circulation and aid the digestive system. BREWING
Add 2 teaspoons of tea and half a cup of water to a saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer for up to 5 minutes. Add half a cup of milk and heat to desired temperature. Strain and sweeten to taste.
